Conference/Course - Terms and Conditions
Delegate Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before the event takes place will be subject to administration charge of £200+VAT. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accepted and are subject to the full event fee.
Delegate Substitution
Requests for registered Delegates to be substituted must be forwarded in writing, and confirmed with the Conference Organiser.
Change to Programme
The Institution reserves the right to change the content and timing of the programme.
Conference/Course Cancellation
If the Institution has to cancels the event for any reason, liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
