Description: After graduation in Mechanical Engineering did specialization in Marine Engineering. Obtained Master Degree in Maritime War Studies and a certificate in Strategic Management. Also attended a course on International law of the sea by ICRC. Have served in Navy for 23 years and as marine engineer onboard ships and submarines. Performed assignments as Manager Planning and coordination for submarine maintenance and refits and as deputy General Manager in submarine construction department as DGM Administration and Logistics. Also has the experience of working with DCNS France as Member Technical for Technology Transfer and Quality Assurance. Platform evaluation for acquisition of new platform and in country construction project. Also participated in the establishment of submarine rescue mechanism and escape training facilities in PN with the help of French, Royal and Turkish Navy. In this regard participated in NATO exercises and conferences related to DISSUB crew rescue and escape and also introduced related publication in PN.
