Maritime Project Management
24 February 2016, London
Marine vessels and structures are generally large technically complex, costly and traditionally low production volume items. A successful project requires the effective management of many different stakeholders; designers, fabricators, equipment manufacturers and regulatory bodies. Such projects are increasingly involving the management of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams in different locations around the world.

RINA invites papers from, project managers, operators, researchers, designers, builders and class societies on all related topics, including:
- Resources, processes and tools

- The use of computer aided planning tools
- Performance measurement & monitoring
- Managing change
- Systems engineering approach
- Best practise and case studies
- Intellectual property and copyright
- Managing the digital assets & legacy
- Education & training
Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit their paper for publication in the International Journal of Maritime Engineering.
